Apartment prices rocket in Paris

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Figures published on Thursday showed apartment prices in the capital up by 5 percent in the second quarter and a full 22.5 percent over the last year, the highest annual rise for 20 years.</span></p>
