French designer unveils new 'scooter-bike'

A new urban ‘scooter-bike’ designed by Frenchman Philippe Starck was unveiled in the French city of Bordeaux this week. The Pibal, as the hybrid bikes have been named, will be rolled out on the streets of the city later in the year.
