Construction will begin this year on a new tram line for Nice. Here's all you need to know.

An early start on Nice's new Line 3 was announced on Monday by Christian Estrosi, the president of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region (PACA).
The construction was not expected to start so soon, but it seems Estrosi is just too keen to see the benefits of the new line.
