Although some southern French airports have direct flights to America, in general the US links - especially out of the summer holiday season - are heavily weighted in favour of Paris.
But from next year United will add two southern French destinations to its direct flight options;
- Washington Dulles to Toulouse - daily flights starting on April 26th, 2027
- Newark to Marseille - daily flights, starting on June 4th, 2027.
United is adding 10 new routes with extra flights to Italy, Spain and Japan.
The news follows an announcement earlier in the week by Delta of a new direct flights between Austin, Texas and Paris Charles de Gaulle, starting on March 27th 2027.
