Tickets are already on sale for a new flight route between north-east France and north-west England, which is due to take off at the end of the year.

Budget airline easyJet has started selling tickets for flights between Strasbourg and Manchester, a new flight route which is set to start operations on November 28th.

It is one of three new routes announced for the airport in north-eastern France. Other services will fly to Milan-Malpensa from November 7th, and Rome Fiumicino from November 28th.

The airline recently announced a service to London Gatwick from Strasbourg.

Tickets for all three new services are already on sale.

Elsewhere, easyJet will run a twice-weekly service between Aberdeen and Paris Charles de Gaulle, starting on October 27th, the same day as twice-weekly flights between Gatwick and Toulouse begin.

New bases in Southend and Birmingham will “continue to grow”, with services to Grenoble from December 14th – every Sunday from the former and every Saturday from the latter.
