Tell us: How easy is it to move to France as a Brit after Brexit?

It's been two years since the end of the Brexit transition period and one of the many effects of this was that Brits who want to move to France - as well as second-home owners who want to pay extended visits here - now need visas. We want to hear from you. We have a rundown on the post-Brexit rules for visas and work permits HERE, but we want to know how these systems are working on the ground.
So if you have applied for a visa - successfully or not - we're keen to hear about your experiences.
A different system is in place for Brits who were already living in France pre-Brexit, for the purposes of this survey, we are only looking at new arrivals and/or second-home owners who have experience of the visa process.
