France is the country of fine gastronomy - there is more delicious produce, beautifully created dishes and great drinks than you know what to do with. But there are also, let's be honest, some pretty weird French classics.
From the 'it's supposed to smell of bowels' andouillette sausage to the many and varied types of offal or the 'acquired taste' of a raw oyster, there are some French delicacies that have foreigners reaching for the sick bag.
We at The Local spend a lot of time celebrating French cuisine, but now we've decided to let readers dish the dirt on their absolute least favourite French food.
