Tourists and visitors - have you managed to use the French health passport?

While those who were vaccinated in France get a QR code that can be uploaded to the health passport, for people who were vaccinated elsewhere things can be more complicated.
Some visitors, particularly those vaccinated outside the EU, have reported problems with using the health passport, so we'd like to hear from anyone who has recently travelled to France.
