French astronaut Thomas Pesquet is doing a spacewalk on Friday. Take a look at some of his best snaps of France from his trip so far.
Astronaut Thomas Pesquet left Earth in mid-November on a six month mission on the International Space Station.
The mission is going well so far, and on Friday the 39-year-old took on a six-and-a-half hour spacewalk at the International Space Station to improve the next generation of commercial spacecraft.
Thankfully for us earthlings, the astronaut has proven to be a keen social media user during his trip.
But it's his images of his home country - France - that have the French peering closer to their computer screen.
Here are some of the best, which he tweets out with separate French and English versions.
And be sure to follow him for more pictures of the entire world (not just France).
