Police have launched a murder investigation after finding the woman's lifeless body, according to a report in Le Parisien newspaper on Tuesday.
It's understood that the woman's friends noticed she had gone missing, and decided to check the apartment where she was known to occasionally stay.
Officers were called to the scene, where they helped to break into the apartment, located on the Rue Notre-Dame-de-Nazareth in the third arrondissement
There, they reportedly found the woman dead and covered in blood. She had apparently suffered multiple stab wounds to her groin and chest, the paper added.
“There was no trace of a struggle inside the flat,” a police source told the paper.
“Was she attacked during a shift? We're ruling nothing out for now.”
Police have not announced any possible motive for the suspected murder, no any suspects. The woman's body was found on November 30th, the paper noted.
