Jungle shacks set ablaze and torn down as camp razed

As migrants are moved out the huts and shacks that formed the Calais shanty town known as the Jungle are finally being pulled down on Tuesday.
Workers escorted by scores of French police officers moved into the "Jungle" camp in Calais on Tuesday afternoon, demolishing shacks and tents emptied of migrants being bussed to centres around France.
They tore down wooden shacks and used earth-moving equipment to carry debris away from the sprawling camp that people have used for years as a launchpad for attempts to reach Britain.
