New satellite images of France give us a chance to view some of the country's most famous sites from the sky.
The images come courtesy of the National Institute of Geographic and Forest Information (IGN) and were taken between April and October last year.
We have picked out some of our favourite scenes from around the country, including famous monuments and stunning scenery.
