The trailer of the new film Welcome to New York, that's inspired by IMF boss Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s epic downfall has been released on the website of a French magazine. Watch it for yourself here.
The hotly awaited French-language movie, titled Welcome to New York and with Gerard Depardieu in the lead role, is to go on release on video on demand only on May 17, right in the middle of the Cannes Film Festival.
The trailer made a brief appearance on websites during last year’s festival but was quickly removed. Telerama magazine has now procured the brief, unsubtitled trailer for the movie directed by Abel Ferrara.
