Always dreamt about landing the perfect job but never quite made it or were too scared to take the risk? Well France may have its problems with unemployment but it also offers a wide range of dream jobs for expats. Here's our top Ten. What's yours?

Fed up crunching numbers, teaching grammar or pulling pints?

When it comes to working in France it can be easy to fall back on the obvious: easy options like teaching English at a language school or working behind the bar of an expat pub in Paris.

It's also easy to get stuck in a rut in an office job, too scared to try something new, for fear of ending up sans emploi (unemployed).

Although bar and office jobs and teaching English offer a great way to start out, many people soon get itchy feet and begin looking for something new, something exciting and something different - and France has some great opportunities for those willing to take a risk.

So if you are looking to change jobs but not countries, The Local has put together a list of ten dream careers in France for expats, each one of which sounds highly tempting.

Which one takes your fancy? If you have a "dream job" in France let us know, we'd like to hear from you.
