VIDEO: French shoppers strip in sales frenzy
Around 100 shoppers in Paris stripped down to their underwear in a bid to get their hands on free clothes on the first day of the annual New Year sales on Tuesday. Were you one of them?
Spanish clothing store Desigual's annual marketing coup once again proved a success in Paris on Tuesday when dozens of bargain hunters stripped down to their underwear to get their hands on a free outfit.
Luckily for them the ongoing mild winter weather meant that although they had to bare their body, they did not have to bare freezing temperatures, like in 2013.
The event, called the Semi-naked Party offers a free outfit to the first 100 people who sign up.
This year organisers, changedthe even slightly to make the semi-naked shoppers run through the street to get to the store.
Desigual launched their SemiNaked parties back in 2005.
