Gran finds 25 kilos of cocaine in suitcase

A grandma discovered a surprising souvenir in her luggage after returning from a holiday in the Dominican Republic – 25 kilos of cocaine.
Raymonde, an 87-year-old grandma from the Paris region, was unpacking her suitcase after a two-week break with her daughter in Punta Cana when she discovered a curious package she had not put in herself.
She immediately called the authorities, who seized the package and later identified the contents as cocaine, reports international radio station RTL.
Police quickly ruled out the holidaymaker as a smuggler, and are now seeking to trace the owner of the hoard.
