Nice is a beautiful part of France, popular with tourists from all over the world. The capital of the French Riviera, Nice is the ideal spot for anyone looking to soak up the sun thanks to its location in the south of France.

Nice is also a great location for those interested in history as it is one of France’s oldest cities. While it can be known for being an expensive destination, Nice also draws a lot of backpackers and those on tight budgets. You will find a lot to see and do in Nice regardless of your budget. Musée des Beaux-Arts

This Nice museum is home to an extensive collection of 19th and 20th century French art. You will find some beautiful paintings and sculptures on show here and admission is free.

This is the main promenade in Nice and home to many bars and restaurants. Known locally as ‘La Prom’ this stretch is always busy with rollerblades, cyclists and those out for a leisurely walk. One of the cities much loved attractions.
